Where are your products from?
Our products are sourced from third party suppliers from all over the globe. We only work with reliable and reputable suppliers and make a point of trying and testing the bags before hand.

What happens when I make a purchase?

What happens after I make a purchase?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days, and once that is completed, it will be prepared to be ready for dispatch to your nominated address. You will be notified by email when your order has been processed and dispatched.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

What happens if I receive faulty or damaged item/s?
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. We’ll guide you through the next steps and, if needed, arrange an assessment.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect under Australian Consumer Law, we’ll offer an appropriate remedy (repair, replacement or refund) and cover reasonable return postage where required. Your consumer rights are always respected.

We are purely an online business, but our operations are located within Australia. We are a small family business and have a registered ABN. Be assured that your rights under the Australian Consumer Law will be upheld, when you buy from our store.

Are your bags waterproof?

Are your bags waterproof?
While our swim bags are waterproof, most of our other bags are only water resistant. As such, we do not recommend that they are submerged or exposed in water for a prolonged period of time.

When will I get my order?

How accurate are the colours of the bags?
Although we make every effort to display the colours of the bags as accurately as possible, there may be slight variations due to lighting and so we cannot guarantee that the colour would be an exact match to your display.
