At Edpier, we work with trusted Australian suppliers to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

  • Once processed, your bag will be prepared and ready for dispatch within 1-3 business days

 

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on the supplier and product location.

Estimated delivery times (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–11 business days from the day that you place your order (in metro areas)

  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 14 business days, particularly during peak periods or if you live outside of metro areas

These timeframes are estimates only.

 

Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch

 

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

 

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occur due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Supplier processing times

  • Peak seasons (e.g. holidays, sales events)

Delivery delays alone do not entitle customers to a refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Returned To Sender

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of placing your order, and that you are available to receive the parcel or have provided appropriate delivery instructions.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you,

  • refusal of delivery,

  • failure to collect the parcel from the carrier within the required timeframe, or

  • no safe place being available for delivery where you have authorised “authority to leave”,

We may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply to cover the reasonable cost of re-dispatch.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed due to our error or the carrier’s failure to exercise due care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
